It was a total surprise for me when i woke up this morning, as i am checking my mails. I got an email from Les Mills telling me that my photo was chosen to be the image they will use in some of the marketing materials (posters, DVD cover, etc.) for BODYJAM 46. ...Although it says 62 in the picture.

If you take a closer look at the picture... yes! that's me! jumping on air (for joy!). I only dreamt about having my photos in the posters of Les Mills. I never thought that one day I would really see myself in it. Dreams do really come true!

I am so happy and greatful to the Marketing team of Les Mills for giving my photo a chance to be seen worldwide.

This feels like winning America's Next Top Model! I can almost hear Tyra say... "Two gorgeous models stand before me, but i only have one photo in my hand..."

Hi everyone! This is an article from a writer named Malu Hernandez. What a pity she has nothing good to say about the Filipinos. Must be a real burden for her to be one... I guess it's God's way of punishing her. These are the kind of people that gives the Philippines a bad name.

Read it and decide for yourself if she has the right to even be here in our country.

Congratulations!

You have been short listed for the Les Mills Photoshoot. These are the photos that go out with the 2008 release materials! We will be shooting these images during the Global Summit Masterclass filming in a studio set up at Skycity.

Please meet at The Tent Help Desk on Saturday February 9 at 4pm sharp. You'll be briefed by Jenny Denton and Elliot Maher from our Marketing team.

LES MILLS GLOBAL SUMMIT 2008

I am so excited!!!

In a week's time I will be travelling all the way to Auckland, New Zealand to take part in the LES MILLS Global Summit 2008. This is the very first time that I will join such a big event in group exercise.

What is most exciting is that filming for all Les Mills program will coincide with this event and I will be part of BODYJAM (just in the students area though), nevertheless, i'll still be in it. I just hope I get seen in the video. Hehehe...

Not to mention this is the first time i'll be going out of Asia.

I just can't wait!!!

I'm sure i will have lots of stories to tell after this event.

BODYJAM AUDITIONS! (Venue Update)

Please note the change in venue for BODYJAM INSTRUCTOR AUDITIONS. Instead of Fitness First RSC, venue for for auditions will be at FITNESS FIRST, GREENHILLS.

Date : 15 December 2007, Saturday
Time : 6:30 pm (Registration)

If you know of someone interested to audition and be part of the team please let them know of the change.

Everyone is invited to join in a 2-hour Bodycombat marathon at Fitness First, Greenhills, Nov. 28, 2007 (Wednesday) 7:15pm to 9:15pm. You can bring your non-member friends to join us in this intense martial arts inspired workout. It's an open event to both members and non-members of Fitness First, so just feel free to visit the club before the event (for non members) and register so you can secure a slot for you and your friends.

We have a date! If you want to be the next Group Exercise Superstar, make yourselves available on December 15, 2007 (Saturday); 630pm at Fitness First, RSC, Ayala Avenue.

We will be auditioning for the latest batch of BODYJAM instructors for Fitness First Health Clubs. If you think you have what it takes to be a rockstar, you don't want to miss this opportunity. To all BODYJAM fanatics! The long wait is over, Fitness First is once again in search for the best dancers and movers in town. Instructor auditions will be held this coming December for the world's hottest dance party workout, BODYJAM. If you think you have what it takes to host the best workout parties ever and create life changing experiences, then you want to be part of BODYJAM Team Philippines.
